Privacy policy
Last updated November 2, 2026
This policy covers the ctrlflow.ai website only. It's short, because this site collects almost nothing.
Our apps, Adorii and Adorii After Dark, have their own privacy policies. If you use an app, read that app's policy: Adorii privacy policy and Adorii After Dark privacy policy.
Who we are
This website is run by Ctrlflow AI Inc., a company based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. For anything about privacy, write to legal@ctrlflow.ai.
Our Privacy Officer is responsible for how we handle personal information. You can reach them at legal@ctrlflow.ai (Attn: Privacy Officer, Ctrlflow AI Inc.).
What this site collects
This site has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no cookies, and no analytics or advertising trackers. Our fonts and images are served from our own domain, so your browser doesn't contact anyone else when you visit.
Like every website, our hosting provider automatically handles basic technical information when your browser asks for a page: your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for, and the time. This is used only to deliver the site and keep it secure.
If you email us
When you write to one of our @ctrlflow.ai addresses, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you and to keep business records.
Sharing
We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and our email for us, or when the law requires it.
These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local law.
How long we keep it
- Hosting logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period, then deleted.
- Emails are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your request and to meet our legal and accounting duties.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent where it applies. Write to legal@ctrlflow.ai and we'll respond within 30 days.
If you're not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
